Frik-Shuhn Yoga & Coaching Refunds & Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 21 days after delivery. If more than 21 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COACHING
Due to their nature, Coaching Sessions (Group and Individual), Self-Guided Courses, Guided Courses, Digital Downloads, and other digital products are not eligible for return or refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased your items on www.Frikshuhn.com. Items purchased elsewhere or through other retailers are not eligible for return by Frik-Shuhn Yoga & Coaching.
The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packing. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for opened or used items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund or store credit:
- Software
- Gift cards
- Discounted products
- Facemasks
- Digital products
- Downloadable content
- Tarot Cards
- Shipping Charges, except as outlined below
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Apparel Exchanges
For your convenience, all apparel products have sizing charts linked in the product description. If your order arrives and it doesn’t fit like you expected it would, just ship the item back to us and we will be happy to exchange it for a different size.
To request an exchange, please send an email to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com with the subject line “Size Exchange.” In the email, please include:
- Your name
- Your order #
- The product you’d like to exchange
- The size you ordered
- The new size you’d like to receive
Upon approval of your request, you will be given a shipping address to ship your return to. You are responsible for paying to return the items to us. Once your item is received in new, unused condition in it’s original packaging, a new order with your new size will be shipped to you.
Please note that apparel exchanges are only accepted in the instance of sizing; exchanges for a different product will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damaged goods to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com along with your name and order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Missing or Not Received Orders
For packages lost in transit, please contact Colynn@Frikshuhn.com to start an inquiry process to find or replace your order. All claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
Shipping Charges
If the return was due to an error of ours, (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong items), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
If the return was not due to an error or ours (i.e. you ordered the wrong size or you decided you no longer want to the product), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
Refunds
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account after the refund has been processed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
General Returns
All returns need to be approved prior to being accepted. To request a general return, send an email to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com with your name, order number, and reason you’d like to return your item(s). Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with an address to ship your return to. Please note that shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Your product(s) must be received by us in the same condition your received it in. (In original packaging, with tags, unworn, undamaged, and able to be resold.) After we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund if the item(s) is in resellable condition.
If you are shipping items with a value over $75, we strongly encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
