Leave behind the idea of memorizing the names of muscles and joints or focusing on the planes of movement. This course focuses on experiencing how the body works, more specifically how your body works. The idea is that when you understand how the average body works and how to direct it into proper alignment, you can safely lead a myriad of bodies through any type of yoga class. You can guide people into their own bodies promoting health, safety, and self-love.

With more anatomical knowledge, you will notice that you are able to provide safe classes where students can explore and learn the difference between aesthetic and functional yoga. Where people recognize that they don't have to look a certain way and can practice so that their bodies feel good.
