In Person 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - Costa Rica

Dates: April 23- May 14, 2022 . Place: Anamaya Retreat Centre . This is an in Person training that complies with all recommendations and policies in place with Covid restrictions. This training will prepare and certify students to:
-Teach inspiring and safe group and private Hatha yoga classes (including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative) in a yoga studio, gym, or corporate environment
-Comprehend and apply intelligent sequencing with a clear focus on anatomical alignment inter-weaved with well thought out and consistent theme
-Offer informed, compassionate, and instructive hands-on assists and adjustments
-Utilize yoga philosophy to build compelling, inspiring yoga classes and use it as a tool for personal growth
-Hold space for your continued personal expansion and the personal transformation of others
-Have an in-depth and firm grasp and excitement to go deeper into the use of experiential anatomy and physiology in yoga
-Field the most common questions and issues from beginner students, including (but not limited to) mental health issues, autoimmune disorders, back or knee injuries, blood pressure, pregnancy, and stress
-Understand how to safely work with these conditions in a nurturing, therapeutic manner
-Understand the art and value of contemplation (meditation) and be able to lead others in the same from direct experience
-Study the breath in all its beauty, fluctuations, and variations and prescribe different breathing techniques for different effects
-Grasp the foundations and supporting energies of yoga with an emphasis on the Yoga Sutras, ethics, professionalism, and the business of yoga
-Feel comfortable and confident sharing all of these teachings with students .
Curriculum:
The process of learning to teach requires that you dive into your own life, your own practice and therefore, requires that you prepare to go deep emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. There is a lot of material to cover in a few weeks so please ensure that you arrive for this experience ready to dive in and participate. There is a heavy emphasis on anatomy and alignment, sequencing and theming, meditation and pranayama, and business and professionalism. .
So please be prepared to be on time, to have daily reading, practice, and journaling assignments, and to complete a mid-term and final teaching demo with in-person feedback. Remember, yoga is a journey of self-discovery and building your sensitivity to the world around you. You will be discovering and releasing attachments to that which is familiar and constricting in order to build your light to shine brighter than ever . In Person Training

This training is available in sunny Costa Rica with appropriate Covid Protocols in place. After all of this time behind a screen, why not venture out and spend time in community. Learning hands on adjusts by actually touching people (of course, only if you wish to participate)

Yoga Alliance Certified

Frik-Shuhn Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. After certification, you can apply with Yoga Alliance to have your 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher credentials.

Frik-Shuhn Yoga & Coaching Refunds & Return Policy

Our return policy lasts for 21 days after delivery. If more than 21 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COACHING

Due to their nature, Coaching Sessions (Group and Individual), Self-Guided Courses, Guided Courses, Digital Downloads, and other digital products are not eligible for return or refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased your items on www.Frikshuhn.com. Items purchased elsewhere or through other retailers are not eligible for return by Frik-Shuhn Yoga & Coaching.

The item being returned must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused and sent back in the original packing. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for opened or used items.

Apparel Exchanges

For your convenience, all apparel products have sizing charts linked in the product description. If your order arrives and it doesn’t fit like you expected it would, just ship the item back to us and we will be happy to exchange it for a different size.

To request an exchange, please send an email to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com with the subject line “Size Exchange.” In the email, please include:

Your name
Your order #
The product you’d like to exchange
The size you ordered
The new size you’d like to receive

Upon approval of your request, you will be given a shipping address to ship your return to. You are responsible for paying to return the items to us. Once your item is received in new, unused condition in it’s original packaging, a new order with your new size will be shipped to you.

Please note that apparel exchanges are only accepted in the instance of sizing; exchanges for a different product will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please send a photo of the damaged goods to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com along with your name and order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Missing or Not Received Orders

For packages lost in transit, please contact Colynn@Frikshuhn.com to start an inquiry process to find or replace your order. All claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Charges

If the return was due to an error of ours, (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong items), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

If the return was not due to an error or ours (i.e. you ordered the wrong size or you decided you no longer want to the product), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account after the refund has been processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

General Returns

All returns need to be approved prior to being accepted. To request a general return, send an email to Colynn@Frikshuhn.com with your name, order number, and reason you’d like to return your item(s). Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with an address to ship your return to. Please note that shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Your product(s) must be received by us in the same condition your received it in. (In original packaging, with tags, unworn, undamaged, and able to be resold.) After we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund if the item(s) is in resellable condition.

If you are shipping items with a value over $75, we strongly encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
