Join me as I answer all the questions you may have, help you to experience different meditations, and guide you to making it happen.
We will review meditation aids and how to use them, how to sit, when to meditate, what to meditate to, how to meditate and how to start and maintain a home practice. You are also provided with several different meditations, for different amounts of time, which allows you the experience of an array of different styles of meditation and assists you in building up the stamina to increase your sit time in meditation. The course is aimed at beginners, but is welcome to all levels and offers the opportunity for students to experience a variety of meditation techniques.
